New Customer orders will be processed via credit card. Terms may be granted after receipt of a completed Credit Application Form and pre-approved by Raw Elements. Our standard credit terms are Net 30 days.
Invoices issued with Net 30 Terms must be paid by cheque or EFT on or before due date.
The service charge for returned/NSF cheques is $50.00
Raw Elements reserves the right to hold back shipments and to change credit terms at its sole discretion.
Interest on overdue accounts is 2% per month (24% per annum). If credit card is used for payment on invoices issued with terms a 2.5% charge will be applied to the total.
If credit collection procedures are required, all costs associated with the collection of funds will be the responsibility of the customer.
Returns:
No merchandise will be accepted without prior written confirmation and RMA# (Return Authorization #) by Raw Elements Inc. To obtain return authorization please contact 1-866-848-2565 or email orders@rawelements.ca.

Credits will be issued when the products are received with the RMA# and inspected by Raw Elements Inc. Please note the Freight collect returns will not be accepted. Sales representatives are not authorized to accept returns or issue credits. If a pickup is scheduled, please ensure the product is returned with appropriate packing materials ie; padded with paper, peanuts and the boxes are sealed and tagged for Raw Elements 8473 Wellington Road 50 Rockwood, ON N0B 2K0.
Credits will not be issued for product(s) damaged during the return process.
Returns are subject to a 10% restock fee
Damaged Product / Order Discrepancies:
Please report any damages or order discrepancies by calling 519-856-2729 within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. If a pickup is scheduled, please ensure the product is returned with appropriate packing materials. Credits will not be issued for product damaged during the return process. An RMA# is required prior to any return.
ANY Shipping discrepancy - Kindly contact our office immediately upon receipt of your shipment *Must be reported within 48hours of receiving.
Guaranteed Sale Program:
Raw Elements will guarantee to accept the return of any new line item purchased by a retailer from the company for a full credit within 90 days of the original invoice. All products must be returned in original condition – when returning product please ensure that it is packaged appropriately. Credits will not be issued on expired or short dated products.

There are Minimum order values for free shipping before taxes.
For Wholesale orders under $400 and Individual orders under $100, a flat shipping rate will apply:

New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, PEI, Newfoundland: $30.00

The minimum Wholesale order value is $150.00
Back Orders:
Before shipping any back orders Raw Elements Inc will contact the person who placed the order to confirm that the product is still required. The minimum order value for all purchases will be $100.00

MAP for all other products = SRP less 15%
