Giddy-Yo’s Cacao is very special! Giddy-Yo sources only the true Criollo species cultivated in the fertile region of Cusco, Peru. Our raw beans are certified organic, Fairly traded, common allergen-free, non GMO, naturally vegan and delicious! Our cacao is hand-selected, fermented and dried to perfection, crushed into nibs, the skins removed or ‘winnowed’ and ground into a liquid. The liquefied cacao mass is transferred to a mechanical press where the majority of cacao butter is removed, solidified and packaged for your enjoyment. Our cacao butter is lab tested, clean and pure, is not deodorized nor treated with toxic chemicals. Giddy Yo cacao butter is low temperature processed from start to finish to maximize quality and taste while maintaining nutritional integrity.
